1. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
We do not offer returns or refunds once a product is sold.
However, we offer replacement in cases where:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Product is defective on arrival
Mandatory:
You must provide clear unboxing video proof recorded while opening the package.
Claims without video proof will NOT be accepted.
2. 7-DAY WARRANTY
Valid only for manufacturing defects.
Does NOT cover:
- Misuse
- Mishandling
- Water damage
- Wear & tear
- Customer-caused damage
3. REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY
Replacement is processed only if:
- Request is raised within 7 days
- Product is unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, tags, and boxes are intact
- Wrong product received
Not eligible:
- Requests after 7 days
- Damaged or used items
- Missing packaging
- Buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color/order)
4. RETURN PROCESS
Email support@shreeshyamgem.in with:
- Order ID
- Reason
- Photos/videos
Once approved:
- Ship the product back using a trackable courier
- Customer bears return shipping charges
After inspection, replacement will be processed.
5. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled only before shipping, with a 20% cancellation fee.
No cancellation allowed after shipment.
7. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only when:
- Order is canceled before shipping
- Replacement stock is unavailable
Refund time: 10–15 business days.
8. MISUSE OF POLICY
